ARTS IN BRIEF: A little park music

The brass section of the BC Regiment Band will toot their horns on Wednesday at Rocky Point Park in Port Moody. The two-hour concert at 6 p.m. will include jazz, pop, classical and folk tunes.

On Saturday, the Wave Festival will feature performances by Pistolfish, Real Mad Decent, Adob and Deanna's Lovers. The all ages-show runs from 1 to 5 p.m.

And on Sunday at 2 p.m., "Vancouver's busiest band" Brickhouse will return to the park to close the Summer Sunday Concerts series.
