Tri-City thespian Richard Dixon has a new play out - penned especially for Coquitlam's Dogwood Drama Club.
The retired drama teacher at Gleneagle secondary is also directing his play with music, titled Solstice Queen, which runs Nov. 30 at 1:30 p.m., Dec. 2 at 7:30 p.m. and Dec. 4 at 1:30 p.m. at the seniors' centre (624 Poirier St.).
Spokesperson Jean Baker said Dixon connected with the club during the Port Moody centennial celebrations last year.
