The desperate housewives from Leave it to Cleavage are back in Coquitlam - this time, with more bounce in their step.
Diana Frances, Ellie Harvie, Denise Jones, and Christine Lippa return to the Evergreen Cultural Centre stage for a second year with the follow-up production Leave it to Cleavage 2: More Cleavage.
The foursome, which was nominated for a Canadian Comedy Award for best improv group, appear in the Nov. 7 show in their 1950s garb to entertain. Using crowd suggestions, they will show (as only these homemakers can) how to keep the house spick and span and the family happy, using old-fashioned tricks passed down from their moms.
The four comediennes are best known for their stage and TV work across Canada. Frances performs with The Vancouver TheatreSports League. Harvie is now filming the second season of the teen sitcom Some Assembly Required. Jones co-stars in the feature film Preggoland while Lippa was the host of the CBC TV show Zero Avenue.
