Creative adults looking to put some spring in their step in the new season can sign up for art classes and workshops at Coquitlam's Place des Arts.
Registration opens early April for adults courses at the Maillardville hub including new sessions with teachers Joy Kirkwood (acrylics on wood); Sue Cowan (drawing); Stan Hunc (painting); and Clive Tucker (pottery).
Other courses starting in May are: Crackle Weave - Traditional and Modern, with Barbara Mitchell; Pottery - Cone 6 Crystalline Porcelain, with Pat Schendel and Brandon Martin; Printmaking - Monoprint or the Painterly Print, with Saskia Jetten; Introduction to Digital Photography, with Kevin Day; and Basketry - Appalachian Egg Basket, with Kristen Conboy.
