Last year's Arts Club Theatre hit Boeing-Boeing will make a landing in Coquitlam next week for several sold-out shows.

David Mackay, who directed the 2012 Vancouver production that won three Jessie Richardson Theatre Awards, is on the tour circuit that also includes other Lower Mainland venues plus Vernon and Nelson.

The performances have been "well received" so far and the 1960s Parisian farce is still relevant today, Mackay said.

The tour stars Luisa Jojic, Kevin Kruchkywich, Bonnie Panych, Andrew McNee, Melissa Oei and Colleen Wheeler.

For tickets, call the Evergreen Cultural Centre at 604-927-6555 or visit evergreenculturalcentre.ca.

Meanwhile, there will be a free pre-show chat with Mackay for ticketholders at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 29.
