A Port Moody secondary graduate has rolled in a $50,000 grant to produce a Storyhive web series.
Joel Ashton McCarthy clinched the funding based on his new flick titled Inconceivable, a comedy about two 20-somethings preparing for parenthood. The movie is based on McCarthy's real-life story.
As part of his win, McCarthy also receives mentorship and distribution opportunities through Telus Optik TV On Demand.
