Principal role in ballet world premiere

Port Moody secondary graduate Ben Freemantle was in last Wednesday and Sunday's performances for the world premiere of Manifesto by Myles Thatcher, a member of the corps de ballet since 2010.

It was the 19-year-old's first principal role with the company. Freemantle is a former student of the Caulfield School of Dance, a Port Moody studio founded by dancer and choreographer Cori Caulfield.
