Artists have until next Friday to have their work included in a new Port Coquitlam exhibit that describes what it's like to ride - and wait for - public transit in Metro Vancouver.
The Leigh Square Community Arts Village, along with artists/curators Pamela Cambiazo, Lena Tan and Kate MacDonald, is calling for submissions by May 10 for the display that will run June 13 to July 15.
All mediums (including video) in a personal, political, documentary, fictional and/or fantasy style are accepted.
Artists can enter up to three works for consideration; 2D works should not be larger than three feet by four feet in size.
To apply, send a short statement about the work and images in a jpg format, indicating the dimensions of each piece. Limit the attachments to 2 MB in total size.
Email [email protected] for more information.
