Dress up in your finest threads this month for an Oscar party to benefit three Tri-City charities.
The soiree starts at 5 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 27 at Coquitlam city hall (3000 Guildford Way) and includes prizes for participants who guess the Academy-award winners.
Proceeds of the fundraiser will go to the Crossroads Hospice Society, SHARE Family and Community Services and the Society for Community Development.
The event is being hosted by the "three divas": Coquitlam Coun. Selina Robinson, Port Moody Coun. Diana Dilworth and event organizer Polly Krier.
Tickets at $65 are available at the Coquitlam Centre guest services.
