Music, comedy and a teen dance are on the bill for next month's 15th annual Port Moody Festival of the Arts, running Sept. 20 to 30.
Singers Cole Armour, 13, and Téa will be featured at the festival gala on Saturday, Sept. 22.
Comedian Adriana Ohradku of Teater Komika will mark Slovakia's 20th year of independence with a performance for Experience Slovakia Cultural Night;Ivan Decker and Sudden Death Improv (Second Storey Theatre) will also have a stand-up routine.
Port Moody secondary's rock school graduates Deanna's Lovers, Reverie in Sound and Snare will play at a youth dance party, and the school's Phoenix Films - plus Heritage Woods' Filmmakers - will screen their flicks.
Juno award-nominee Hannah Georgas will rock the Inlet Theatre for Indie Music Night, with Dustin Bentall and Kendel Carson opening.
