Travis Anderson's The Coming Storm will be featured in a new student art exhibit opening on Thursday at the City Centre branch of the Coquitlam Public Library.
Anderson's digital painting won the People's Choice prize in Emerging Talent XVI, an annual juried show at the Evergreen Cultural Centre that highlights visual art, design and sculpture from School District 43 Grade 12 students.
The work of gold medal winner Mieko Graham-Carty, who attends Gleneagle secondary with Anderson, and bronze medalist Pamella Pinard, a Riverside secondary student, will also be on display at the library for April and May.
