2014 ELECTION INFO: Voting in the cities of Coquitlam, Port Coquitlalm, Port Moody

You can cast a ballot as a resident elector (if you have lived in the municipality for at least the past 30 days) or as a non-resident property elector (if you have owned property in the municipality for at least the past 30 days).

To qualify, voters must be: 18 or older on Nov. 15, a Canadian citizen, a resident of B.C. for the past six months and not be disqualified from voting.

Two pieces of ID are needed to vote - at least one with a signature - to prove residency and identity.

Polls are open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. during both the advance polls and the Nov. 15 regular voting day.
