Seon, which provides mobile surveillance equipment for the bus and coach industry, is hosting a barbecue and colouring contest Friday, Aug. 15 to celebrate what it's calling Halfway to Pink Shirt Day.

The Bullies Aren't Cool community barbecue fundraiser will takes place from noon to 1 p.m. and serve a variety of burgers and hot dogs, with 100% of the proceeds going to Pink Shirt Day.
