The BC Cancer Foundation is letting Coquitlam residents know that their door-to-door canvassers will be in the area this week.
For security and safety purposes, all members wear ID badges and purple vests and will not accept any cash or one-time gifts at the door.
Instead, canvassers will introduce the organizations to residents and invite them to take part in the monthly giving program. Those that sign up will receive an email confirmation immediately.
