Drivers are warned that construction of the Port Mann/Highway 1 Improvement Project will require a late night closure tonight (Tuesday) to the northbound Brunette Avenue exit (Exit 40A).
The exit ramp from Highway 1 westbound will be closed between midnight and 4 a.m. tonight. Drivers wishing to access Brunette Avenue should use Exit 44 at the Cape Horn Interchange to Lougheed Highway eastbound as a detour route.
Drivers are reminded to watch for electronic message boards, and to exercise caution at all times. Speeding fines are doubled in construction zones and drivers should be careful of work crews and equipment and obey all traffic control personnel and signs.
