Dozens of brave or foolhardy individuals took part in Port Moody’s annual New Year’s Day tradition: the Penguin Plunge.
Many dressed in colourful costumes before running down the boat launch ramp at Rocky Point Park and into the frigid waters of Burrard Inlet (made colder with organizers’ addition of ice).
