Half of the suspects on the Integrated Municipal Provincial Auto Crime Team's (IMPACT) top 10 most wanted list, including a Coquitlam man, have been captured since Jan. 31.
Anthony Nicholas Baird, 19, was wanted by Coquitlam RCMP for breach of probation on charges of theft of a motor vehicle and possession of a stolen vehicle last year.
The others on the list include Ian Gerald Mountain, 27, wanted by the Upper Fraser Valley RCMP for possession of stolen property and breach of probation; he was arrested after being spotted driving a stolen truck, inside of which police found stolen credit cards. In Mountain's attempt to flee from police, he banged on the window of what turned out to be an unmarked police car. He now faces a handful of new charges as well.
Lisa Karon Shaw, 42, was wanted by IMPACT and Surrey RCMP for breach of probation and driving while prohibited while Graham Arthur Hunter, 32, was also wanted in Surrey for similar offences.
Travis McKay, 29, was on Delta Police and Surrey RCMP's list for possession of stolen property, break and enter tools and breach of recognizance.
None of the remaining top 10 most wanted are wanted by Tri-City police.
