Coquitlam RCMP are asking for information on a missing man who didn't turn up for Christmas as promised.
Joseph Harold Dumont, 45, spoke to his mother in Quebec in December with plans to fly home for the holidays. He never showed up and his mother called Coquitlam Mounties on Jan. 3 to report him missing. Both the police and Dumont's mother have tried numerous ways to contact him since then without success.
Dumont's current address is unknown, but investigators believe he frequents the Coquitlam and Burnaby border area.
He is described as a Caucasian man about 5'10" tall and 176 pounds. He has salt-and-pepper hair and green eyes.
