Coquitlam RCMP are asking for information on two mountain bikes that were stolen last week from a home in the 2900-block of Pinnacle Street.
Sometime between 7:30 p.m. on March 17 and 11:30 a.m. on March 18 one or more suspects broke into a storage tent at the back of the home.
One bike is described as a blue Norco Six Three with green pedals and brake cables. The other is a Norco Chaos with black pedals and brake cables.
Witnesses are asked to call police at 604-945-1550 and quote file number 2013-7331.

FAKE ID
Police are searching for a suspect who reportedly tried to get a prepaid Visa with fake ID.
Coquitlam RCMP described the suspect as a man in his 20s who appeared to be Middle Eastern, 5'11" tall and 170 lb. with some facial hair; he tried to use the fraudulent identification documents at a Coquitlam Money Mart on the evening of March 13.
Mounties believe the suspect may be linked to similar incidents at other Money Marts in the area.
Anyone with information about the suspect's identity is asked to call police at 604-945-1550 and quote file number 2013-6874, or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
BIKE PATROL
If you're looking to make a difference in your community - and can ride a bike - the Coquitlam RCMP wants you to consider joining its summer bike patrol group.
Community police stations in Coquitlam and Port Coquitlam are gearing up for summer bike patrols, where volunteers act as an extra set of eyes and ears for Mounties. To apply you must be 16 years of age or older, a Canadian citizen or landed immigrant, and able to pass a basic security clearance.
Equipment and training will be provided but basic biking skills are required. Volunteers must be able to commit to serving a few hours per week.
Applications are available at any community police station or the main detachment and the deadline is April 12. The mandatory training session is on Saturday, May 11 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.; and volunteers need to bring their own helmets.
