Coquitlam RCMP say suspect used cards stolen from wallet in parked car

Another identity theft suspect is also being sought by police. The frauds started after a wallet was stolen from a parked vehicle on Sandlewood Way in Port Coquitlam sometime overnight on Oct. 30, 2014.

The frauds started after a wallet was stolen from a parked vehicle on Sandlewood Way in Port Coquitlam sometime overnight on Oct. 30, 2014. The following day, the stolen credit and debit cards were used to make purchases and cash withdrawals at several businesses and financial institutions in PoCo and elsewhere.

It didn't stop until several days later, when the victim realized what had happened and reported it to the financial institutions and police.

Images of the suspect who allegedly had the stolen cards were captured on a camera and investigators are asking for the public's help in identifying him.
