Two men are in hospital with critical injuries after they were shot in a Coquitlam parking lot Friday night.
Coquitlam RCMP say officers responded to the parking lot of the TD Bank at 1140 Johnson St. at around 9:41 p.m. after receiving numerous calls of several gunshots. They found two males suffering multiple gunshots wounnds.
The victims were stabilized at the scene and transported to hospital for treatment.
“We believe that there may be eyewitnesses that may have vital information that could advance our investigation,” said the team commander of the Coquitlam RCMP’s investigative services section, Staff-Sergeant Ed Yoshiyama.
