A giant salmon BBQ and drone show featuring B.C. artists will be among the highlights of a new BC Day party to be held at Coquitlam’s Town Centre Park next year.
Details of the inaugural Celebrate BC event will be announced by Premier David Eby , along with representatives from the Kwikwetlem First Nation, on Friday..
The Aug. 4, 2025, event has been developed in partnership with S.U.C.C.E.S.S.
In addition to the salmon BBQ — touted as the largest in BC — and drone show, there will be a Best of BC pavilion, as well as music, food, art and culture from communities and groups around the province.
Admission will be free.
