Dealing with growth subject of event in Coquitlam

Sustainability Community Breakfast planned for Sept. 28
Growth
Growth is the subject of discussion at an upcoming breakfast organized by Metro Vancouver.

What is the impact of population growth on Coquitlam?

That question and more will be discussed next Thursday during a Sustainability Community Breakfast at the Executive Inn, 405 North Rd., Coquitlam.

Results of the 2016 census will be the focus of the event hosted by Metro Vancouver, one of several sustainability breakfasts planned for the region.

Speakers for the Coquitlam event include Heather McNell, director of regional planning and electoral area services; Andrew Merrill, Coquitlam’s manager of community planning; and Raymond Nothstein, vice-president, development and planning, Wesbild Holdings Ltd.

You can register for the Sept. 28 event at metrovancouver.org/events/community-breakfasts.
