A Port Coquitlam charity is offering a chance to win a trip to Maui.
The Charlene Reaveley Children's Charity Society will have its vacation draw on Nov. 20 for ticket holders wanting the Hawaiian package that includes:
• seven nights' accommodation in a one-bedroom waterfront condo at the Hale Kai O'Kihei (sleeps four people);
• a $1,000 Visa card for flights;
• and a travel gift basket valued at $600.
The basket includes a three-piece luggage set, a GoPro Hero 7, two floatable waterproof cell phone cases, a travel hair dryer and travel blankets.
The vacation must be taken before Nov. 1, 2020.
A maximum 800 tickets are for sale in the draw, of which the proceeds will support families that have experienced loss and are grieving.
The charity is named after a Pinetree secondary graduate and mother-of-four who was killed in Coquitlam, in 2011, by a drunk driver in a hit-and-run accident.
Tickets are $20 via crccs.ca.
