Coquitlam firefighters have come out with their list of endorsed candidates for the municipal election - and they're backing all incumbents.
IAFF Local 1782 is supporting for re-election Mayor Richard Stewart and councillors Brent Asmundson, Craig Hodge, Neal Nicholson, Terry O'Neill, Mae Reid, Chris Wilson and Bonita Zarrillo-election.
Meanwhile, the Coquitlam Field Sports Association is backing Asmundson, Hodge, Reid and candidate Teri Towner while the Coquitlam Sport Centre Users Group is endorsing Hodge, Reid, Towner and Wilson.
ADVANCE VOTING
You can cast your vote early for Tri-City municipal and school board candidates this week and next. Advance polls are open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on the following days:
COQUITLAM
Nov. 8: Dogwood Pavilion (624 Poirier St.) and Pinetree community centre (1260 Pinetree Way);
Nov. 12: Poirier community centre (630 Poirier St.);
Nov. 14: Pinetree community centre.
PORT COQUITLAM
Nov. 12: Elks Hall (2272 Leigh Sq.).
PORT MOODY
Nov. 8: Port Moody city hall (100 Newport Dr.).
