As Parent Advisory Council chair and parent. I am aware of the concerns and issues families face dealing with the education system in School District 43. I bring to the table my current municipal experience as councillor with Amore/Belcarra village in finance, public consultation /engagement and strategic planning. Combining experience gathered from years working in public education and with the village council allows me to be current, aware and collaborative in my approach as school trustee. I have decided to run for trustee as my current term as village councillor ends and this is a window of opportunity as my daughters are in school.
