Robert Vagramov has announced he intends to run for a seat on Port Moody council in the Nov. 15 election.
Vagramov, who ran unsuccessfully in the 2011 election, said it's a "critical time" for Port Moody.
"The Evergreen SkyTrain line will be the driving force behind the development of our city for the next decade," he said in a press release. "I'm here to make sure we preserve what we love about Port Moody."
He intends to focus on "stopping the record property tax increases," increasing voter turnout and preventing PoMo's "Metrotownification."
Vagramov is involved with the Royal Canadian Air Cadet Program and the Port Moody Sailing Club, as well as the OneLove youth charity show.
