A local realtor is hosting a free seminar next Tuesday on buying a home.
The seminar features a lawyer (Laura Holland), a mortgage broker (Paula Tonkin) and a financial planner (David Perkins) in the same room at the same time to inform participants about what they need to know about buying real estate and answer their questions.
The Jan. 25 seminar runs from 7 to 9:30 p.m. in Room C1004 at Douglas College, 1250 Pinetree Way, Coquitlam.
