Port Moody residents can expect a $24 increase to their utility bills for 2015.
The bills - $988 for a single family home - include fees for water and sewer from Metro Vancouver as well as city charges for garbage and green waste (increases to the latter two will add $11 to the utility bill, of which $5 is for a reserve fund to cover any contamination penalties from Multi-Materials BC) and a $13 charge for curbside glass pick-up.
The five-year plan calls for similar increases through to 2019, when the total bill is projected to be $1,170.
