I want to thank Mayor Brad West and Port Coquitlam city crews for a first-class job of clearing snow.
I had to take my wife to an important medical appointment at Vancouver General Hospital and the difference in how clear the roads were in PoCo compared to other cities was remarkable.
I later spoke to my daughter who runs daycare from her house. Her back lane saw a lot of snow. She was worried about families being able to do drop off.
She messaged the mayor and he responded in 15 mins and a crew was there within one hour to clear the lane.
Kudos to Mayor West and kudos to PoCo crews.
