Why are you running? "To ensure Belcarra's sustainability by containing costs and maintaining a pay-as-you-go philosophy in the face of increased downloading by other levels of government."
What are your top three campaign issues? "Development of an organics and green waste disposal plan; planning for the impacts of climate change by updating Belcarra's drainage study regarding culvert sizes and upgrading throughout the village; on-going roads and drainage infrastructure maintenance on a pay-as-you-go basis."
How do you see the village evolving over the next four years? "Due to changing demographics, Belcarra has started to see a turnover in property ownership that is resulting in replacement of older houses with larger and more expensive houses, and these new arrivals to Belcarra will likely have different municipal service expectations than those of earlier residents."
