The city of Port Coquitlam wrapped up a full-day of centennial activities on Saturday with a performance by Trooper.
More than 10,000 people crowded into the parking lot in front of the Port Coquitlam recreation complex to hear the live performance by the 1980s rock band.
Last night, the city hosted a free swim at the Hyde Creek recreation centre and, earlier today, there were many bands playing at PoCo rec as well as two acts by the popular children's entertainers, Bobs and Lolo, who headlined a family festival at Leigh Square Community Arts Village.
On Sunday, the Port Coquitlam BIA hosts its annual collector car show along Shaughnessy Street from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. to conclude the city's Homecoming Weekend.
