Two Tri-City residents are expected to enter guilty pleas for their role in last year's Stanley Cup Riots in Vancouver.

CKNW is reporting that Patrick Judge, a 25-year-old Port Moody resident charged with break and enter, two counts of mischief and participating in a riot is expected to enter a guilty plea on Monday.

Judge was allegedly seen throwing a newspaper box through the window of a clothing store. He was later observed vandalizing a Mini Cooper parked in the 500-block of W. Georgia Street, before attempting to light a couch on fire.

He was also seen allegedly committing a break-and-enter at a drug store.

Vassili Kisselev, a 22-year-old Coquitlam resident who is facing one count of participating in a riot and a break-and-enter charge, was also expected to plead guilty on Monday.

The pair are not the only Tri-City residents to have legal troubles stemming from last year's riot.

In April, a young offender from Coquitlam was charged with participating in a riot and mischief while another was charged with participating in a riot and break and enter. The two cannot be named because of the Youth Criminal Justice Act.

Ryan Dickinson, another Coquitlam resident who was on probation at the time of the riot, received a 17-month jail sentence for his part in the events that took place after the Vancouver Canucks lost Game 7 of the Stanley Cup playoffs.

The Vancouver Police Department has recommended 674 criminal charges against 225 suspected rioters. So far 23 people have pleaded guilty.
