Port Coquitlam firefighters need your help this Movember - and no, it doesn't involve growing massive mustaches, sideburns or other facial hair accessories.
In fact, what the smoke-eaters really need is your support to raise over $15,000 for prostate cancer research and to raise awareness about men's health.
This group, together with Orrange Kitchen-Bar, and other supporters, were tops in Canada in fundraising this month but other fire departments are pulling ahead.
"We want to keep our spot," said fundraiser organizer Adam Myles.

Among the fundraising events the firefighters organized was a charity hockey tournament at Planet Ice in Coquitlam on Nov. 14, as well as a fundraiser at Orrange Kitchen-Bar in Port Coquitlam.
The group wants to break the $15,000 mark this year and win "The Great Canadian Fire Challenge."
In all, the firefighters have raised just under $50,000 in four years of participating in Movember.
