A new restaurant opening in the Tri-Cities is getting involved in the community with a donation to the Coquitlam Foundation.
Cora Breakfast and Lunch at 3025 Lougheed Hwy., Coquitlam, is hosting an official opening Thursday, April 21 at 9 a.m. with a cheque presentation for the foundation as well as a symbolic egg cracking for the first omelette cooked at the restaurant owned by Samir and Blake Bousaleh.
The restaurant, located in Sunwood Square near Safeway (at Lougheed HIghway and Westwood Street) will be open to the public beginning April 18. The menu includes a variety of healthy breakfast items.
