New traffic improvements on Brunette Avenue will reduce grid-lock in the heavily trafficked area.
Starting today, Monday, commuters heading southbound on Brunette Avenue from HIghway 1 will now have two right hand turning lanes to exit from the highway onto Brunette.
The two lanes of traffic will allow double the amount of traffic from Highway 1 westbound to Brunette Avenue southbound shortening the signal time required. The change means less time stuck at red lights for people traveling on Brunette Avenue.
