Port Coquitlam council is attaching conditions on a rezoning bid for an infill development on the city's northside.

The five-unit townhouse proposal for 2156 Salisbury Ave. — between Shaughnessy and Flint streets — will need to be constructed to at least at Built Green Gold environmental standard and have a back lane paved to link with properties to the west.

Council gave two readings to the bylaw last Tuesday.

A public hearing is scheduled for this month.
