A 31-year-old man remains in hospital with serious injuries after he was hit in a crosswalk at Shaughnessy Street and Whyte Avenue late last month.
The man was crossing the street at about 4 p.m. on Dec. 29 when he was struck by a Toyota van. The driver stayed at the scene and police have ruled out speed or impairment as contributing factors.
