About 1,000 people came out to see the Teddy Bear Picnic Grande Parade on Sunday morning.
Organized by Festival Coquitlam, the procession up Pinetree Way took about 30 minutes and saw floats from the Hyack Festival in New Westminster and the Evergreen Cultural Centre, as well as participants from Girl Guides of Canada and Mellado Dance Centre.
The family-fun party continued in the afternoon with concerts at Town Centre Park.
Next up for Festival Coquitlam is a fishing day at Lafarge Lake in Town Centre Park on Father's Day, June 18.
