Coquitlam RCMP are re-issuing a plea for information about a Port Coquitlam woman who has been missing since the summer.

Gladys Prudencio Ynzon, 37, was reported missing on July 4, having last been seen at her PoCo home on the same day. Investigators canvassed the neighbourhood, checked transit and area hospitals and issued a public request for help in locating her, but Ynzon remains missing.

"We don't believe Ms. Ynzon has any family in the area," said Cpl. Jamie Chung in a release. "She may not even be aware that she has been reported missing. We are asking for the public to help us locate her so that we know she is safe."

Investigators do not suspect foul play at this point, Chung added.

Ynzon is described as a 37-year-old Asian woman, 4'11" tall and 132 pounds with brown eyes and black, shoulder-length hair.

She was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, possibly with stripes on it, khaki shorts, black shoes and glasses with thick lenses.

Anyone with information is asked to contact police at 604-945-1550 and quote file number 2014-18363 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 or www.solvecrime.ca.
