Hopeful searchers are taking to the trails around Coquitlam and Port Coquitlam today in the hopes of finding Shin Noh, a retired pastor, before the weather changes.
Noh, who left his home in the Lansdowne Drive and McCoomb Drive area of Coquitlam for a walk at 10:30 a.m. last Wednesday, has been reportedly seen in the trails around the Coquitlam River.

Today, volunteers are gathering at 11 a.m. at the Port Moody head quarters at 2624 St. Johns St. to get posters and instructions. People can also call for instructions at 604-996-1111.
Among the volunteers on the search for the missing Korean man is a walking group that was expected to meet this morning at 9:30 a.m. at Ozada. The group has flyers and will be looking for Noh along their route.
Noh's son Sam is coordinating the search from his fitness centre on St. Johns. Here's what he had to say this morning on Facebook.
"Thank you to everybody who has spared some time to help look for Shin. We are still feeling optimistic, and some recent possible sightings have led us to believe that he may be crossing between Coquitlam and PoCo via the trails around the Coquitlam River. We are trying to systematically search the area, with groups of people walking the trails, and the surrounding few blocks. We hope to officially start the search again this morning at 11."
