A second man has been reported missing from the Colony Farm Forensic Hospital.

Coquitlam RCMP are asking for the public's help in locating 49-year-old Gregory Owen Schleen. He was last seen by a staff member at the hospital on the morning of May 23.

Schleen was due to check in at the Coast Cottages on the Riverview Hospital site later in the morning but he never showed up. He is now wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for being unlawfully at large.

It's not the first time Schleen has walked away from Colony Farm. In September 2009, he left the Coast Cottages on a day pass but didn't return. It's not known when or where he was eventually located.

Schleen is described as a Caucasian man, 6'4" tall and weighing about 250 lb.; he has blond hair and brown eyes, and was last seen wearing a yellow Hawaiian shirt and khaki shorts. Schleen has friends and family along the Sunshine Coast and Vancouver Island but his whereabouts are unknown.

Police are cautioning the public not to approach Schleen, who has a mental disorder, but to contact police.

Earlier this week, a Canada-wide warrant was also issued for David Fomradas, a 34-year-old man suffering from bipolar disorder. Fomradas is Caucasian, 5'11" tall and 161 lb; he has brown hair and blue eyes. Police are also warning the public not to approach him and to call them immediately.
