Share's holiday toy program has a one year lease on space in the former Riverview Hospital, ensuring another season of good cheer for struggling families at Christmas.

Martin Wyant, Share CEO, said a lease has been signed with Shared Service B.C. for space in the Central Stores building. Share had to find a new home for toys and food after it vacated Andres Wines to make way for Evergreen Line construction.

"We appreciate the terrific support that we have received to temporarily move and house toys for our Christmas program and food that we do not have room for at our Share food bank," stated Wyant, "We are pleased with the new location and are thankful for the help we have received from Shared Services BC to get a lease together, quickly."

Volunteers will move toys that had been temporarily stored at Rhema Health Products to Riverview after May 1.
