Shin Noh's family posts $10,000 reward

The family of missing grandfather Shin Ik Noh is posting a $10,000 reward for information leading to the finding of Noh alive. Noh, 65, went missing Sept. 18, 2013. He is Korean, about 5'6" tall and 150 pounds and has Alzheimer's Disease.

The family of missing grandfather Shin Ik Noh is posting a $10,000 reward for information leading to the finding of Noh alive.

Noh, 65, went missing Sept. 18, 2013. He is Korean, about 5'6" tall and 150 pounds and has Alzheimer's Disease. His son, Sam Noh, said the family continues to have hope that Noh is alive, and staying with someone. "We're hoping he's with somebody walking around," Noh said, although he speculated that his dad is no longer in the Tri-Cities. With no body recovered, the family is hoping the reward offering will result to more leads.
