Spooky Tri-Cities Halloween forecast calls for evening fog

Trick-or-treaters can expect a crisp, clear night—that is, until the fog rolls in.

The Tri-Cities has been treated to the kind of crisp fall weather any aspiring trick-or-treater hopes for. Now, as youngsters and families head out with their pumpkin buckets and pillow cases (does anyone still do that?) there’s a chance they’ll be treated to spooky patches of fog, according to an Environment Canada forecast.

Hallows’ Eve will also be crisp: expect temperatures to dip to between 5 and 1 C into the night.

Revellers will wake to clear skies and the odd cloud Friday, with an average temperature of 4 C in the morning, rising to 12 C in the afternoon. Expect more of the same throughout the weekend.
