SunLaced apparel at Coquitlam Centre has a closing out sale this weekend.

Shoppers will have to drive a little further or shop online for beachwear after a Coquitlam clothing company announced it would be closing its doors.

SunLaced apparel at Coquitlam Centre mall is having a closing out sale with clearance prices, according to a social media post.

"SunLaced Apparel’s staff and owners are so grateful for all the love from the community since we have been in the mall," the post says.

However, it notes SunLaced will continue to have a store at Highstreet Mall in Abbotsford, as well as a website SunLaced.com.

"We hope you will visit us soon in preparation for spring or your next vacation," the post further states.

SunLaced is known for clothing collections curated from all over the world, as well as Aztec blankets that are made locally in Abbotsford.

The Tri-City News has reached out to the company as to the exact date of the store closure.

The store is located on level 2 by Aldo.
