Tim Kelley said except for a small fire set at College Park elementary in Port Moody in late July, which was quickly put out, the summer of 2014 has been quiet for vandals. While he doesn't anticipate any problems, he says it's best if people stay vigilant.

"Just keep an eye out on schools and contact vandal watch if something happens."

Information about Vandal Watch is available on both the City of Port Coquitlam (www.portcoquitlam.ca) and School District 43 (www.sd43.bc.ca) websites or email Vandal Watch directly at [email protected].
