But it’s always interesting to see what’s available at the top and lower end of the market in Metro Vancouver real estate, especially when it comes to single family homes.

Despite high inflation and a recent interest rate hike, buyers and sellers are doing a brisk business in the Tri-Cities, according to information posted to the website.

Here’s what’s available at the high end of the housing market.

For those looking for a starter home, there are two listings at less than $1 million, a rarity in the Tri-Cities, although there could be a multiple offer situation that could eventually raise the price.

Located at 128 San Antonio Pl. in the Cape Horn neighbourhood of Coquitlam, this property has over 2,200 sq. ft. of living space and includes a freshly-painted one bedroom basement suite with a separate entrance.

Nearby in Port Coquitlam, at 1820 Pitt River Rd., just off the Mary Hill Bypass, is a recently renovated charmer.
