The traffic signals at the intersection of Pinetree Way and Guildford Way in Coquitlam will be shut off for several hours Monday and drivers should pay attention and obey traffic control personnel.
The notice was issued today, Friday, by EGRT Construction, which is building the Evergreen Line.
The signals will be shut off between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. while crews adjust traffic signals as part of the Evergreen Line elevated guideway construction.
Lane closures on Guildford Way eastbound will also be in effect and drivers may experience intermittent two minute stoppage of traffic while this work is under way.
