A tree that fell on the Millennium Line between Burquitlam and Coquitlam Centre stations has been removed and service has been restored to normal, according to a TransLink press release.
The disruptions were part of a series knock-on effects felt across the Lower Mainland as a result of high winds.
While about 800 people in Coquitlam lost their power Wednesday morning, a further 19,000 North Shore residents were left in the dark after North and West Vancouver were buffeted by high winds.
